Shipping Policy
At Naturally Sassy Soaps, every order is packed with care (and a little sass). We work hard to get your handmade goodies to you as quickly as possible.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after purchase. During holidays, promotions, product launches, or peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.
Custom orders, gift bundles, and wholesale orders may require additional processing time.
You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and shipping method selected.
Estimated delivery times after shipment:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Please note: delivery estimates do not include processing time.
Free Shipping
We may offer free shipping promotions on qualifying orders. Minimum purchase requirements will be shown at checkout when applicable.
Local Pickup (Customize if applicable)
Local pickup is available at our Crossville, Tennessee location.
Customers choosing local pickup will receive an email when their order is ready.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order.
Naturally Sassy Soaps is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses. If an order is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
Tracking Orders
Once shipped, tracking information will be emailed automatically. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
After packages are transferred to the carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.), delivery delays are outside our control.
If your package shows delivered but cannot be located:

Check around your delivery location.

Ask household members or neighbors.

Contact the shipping carrier.

Reach out to us for assistance.
We’ll help where possible, but we cannot guarantee replacement for stolen packages.
Warm Weather Shipping Notice
Because some products contain natural oils, butters, or waxes, items may soften or melt during hot weather.
We recommend retrieving packages promptly after delivery. Naturally Sassy Soaps is not responsible for heat-related damage caused by extended outdoor exposure.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and product.
